The INS-803A is a managed outdoor Ethernet switch, built to handle the toughest conditions and remain in full operation. In addition to high temperature tolerances, the INS-803A is specially designed to cope with shock, vibration, dust and even lightning strikes.
 
Boasting a full complement of management functions including VOLKTEK's proprietary Xpress Ring, IGMP snooping and full VLAN ID processing, the INS-803A is not only rugged but highly capable of sophisticated management of mixed fiber and copper Ethernet networks.
 
The optional W model features a wider temperature tolerance for operation in even more extreme environments: from -40oC to +70oC.
